
This page is dedicated to presenting my research and teaching activities. The central theme of my research is the study of light-matter interactions at the nanoscale. In particular, I focus on studying the linear and nonlinear optical properties of semiconductor nanomaterials, their electronic structure, excitonic physics, and the dynamics of electronic interactions. I am an experimentalist, and I address these topics using photoluminescence, microphotoluminescence, photoluminescence excitation, and time-resolved techniques.
I primarily study the optical properties of carbon materials, including carbon nanotubes, graphene nanoribbons, and graphene quantum dots. My research activities are at the interface with chemistry.
